Scary how one can unknowingly get sucked into this when one is really trying to learn to pray. Have you read Ransomed from Darkness by Moira Noonan. It's an excellent book. There's a chapter at the end of how she had an exorcism of sorts in a 14 hour confession with a priest with a special charism for healing confessions. She had 14 hours of occult things to renounce including TM and Maharishi... whatever his name was and all the demons associated with them. Another great story is the Lighthouse Catholic Media version of the testimony of Betty Brennan... although she converted from satanism. Really helpful though for explaining how seemingly innocent things can suck one into the occult. GOd bless, Interesting Russell.
